STUDY TOURS AND SITE VISITS FOR ARCHITECTURE (B.ARCH.) COURSE:
Along with the regular academic programme, the school encourages students to have hands-on experience by conduction various site visits to manufacturing units, constructions sites, heritage sites etc. related to the architecture industry. Site visits to various scales of ongoing projects related to the field are conducted through acquaintances to help students gain practical knowledge.
Students of the first, second and third years are also taken on compulsory study tours, one to two weeks long, to places of cultural and historical value. Students are made to understand basic structural built form in a documentation trip held in the first year and are taught architectural history in the tours conducted in the second and third years.
1. Study tours conducted in the year 2012-2013:
- 1st Year B.Arch - Sawantwadi Documentation Tour
- 2nd Year B.Arch - Orcha, Datia, Jhansi, Khajuraho, Bhopal, Indore
- 3rd Year B.Arch - Delhi, Agra, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Dalhousie
**Note: Advance for the study camp shall be collected alongwith the fees for the prior reservations of travel and accommodation.
STUDY TOURS AND SITE VISITS FOR INTERIOR DESIGN AND DECORATION COURSES:

- Along with the regular academic programme the school encourages the students to have hands on experience by conducting various site visit to manufacturing units, company showrooms related to the interior industry. Site visits to various ongoing projects related to the field are conducted through acquaintances to gain practical knowledge.
- The students are taken on a compulsory weeklong study tour to various tourist important places of either cultural of historical importance. The students are made to understand the evolution of concepts and themes based on the relevance of site.
- The students during the site visits do documentation work of the interiors of the hotel where they are accommodated, involving the hotel lobby spaces, reception, banquets, restaurants, twin rooms, suites, etc. This documentation work helps not only in understanding the concepts but also helps in knowing the anthropometric ergonomics study.
- Study tours conducted in the year 2012-13.
- The 1st Year full time students were taken on two different 8 days camps for documentation. viz., 1) Rajastan - Jaipur and Jaisalmer, 2) Agra and Fatehpur Sikri.
- The 1st Year part Time students were taken for 4 days weekend camp to a resort in Panchgani for documentation work.
